Each of our patients has a unique journey that’s tailored to their specific needs, but their outcomes all have one thing in common: strong, clear, healthy hearing

Your Journey to Better Hearing

by | Nov 10, 2024 | Hearing Loss

While many individuals believe that hearing care starts and ends with hearing aids, great hearing tech is just one stop on your journey to better hearing.

The key part for successful and lasting better hearing outcomes is the partnership with a team of professional and passionate hearing care experts, ready to help you on every step of the way.

If you’re about to begin your hearing health journey, or you’re curious about how process pans out, we’ve created a handy graphic to help explain, step by step, how we work with you on your patient journey to better hearing.

The Initial Steps

Any good journey begins somewhere. You’re reading this blog, so you’ve already completed step one: You found the most advanced audiology clinic near you. Nice to meet you!

Arranging an appointment with us is quick and easy. Simply visit our website or give us a call at your closest clinic to get in touch with a member of our team to arrange a mutually beneficial appointment time.

Your comprehensive hearing evaluation will take an hour to complete and will provide you with the most in-depth and detailed results about your current range of hearing—and, if necessary, what you need to do to help it.

Where the Path Diverges

If your hearing test results show no loss detected, we’ll invite you back for annual hearing evaluations so that we can monitor changes as they come. If your hearing test shows hearing loss, your journey is just beginning.

From your results, and our chat beforehand about your personal preferences and lifestyle, we’ll work together to formulate the best treatment plan for your specific needs. For some, that will involve choosing advanced hearing aid technology to help optimize their hearing to stronger levels.

The hearing aid make and model that you choose will be programmed to fit your specific needs, and after you’ve worn them for a while and discovered areas for improvement in your programming, we’ll use your real-time feedback to adjust your devices as needed.

Hearing Rediscovered, Life Transformed

New technology like hearing aids can be puzzling to figure out at first, so we’re here to help you with tech advice, tutorials, and connecting your smartphone to your new hearing devices for quick-time adjustments and programming on the go.

Like any other kind of technology, your hearing aids need a little TLC sometimes too! We offer in-house repairs and professional cleaning to help you maximize the longevity of your devices so they perform as you need to continue your active and independent lifestyle.

Your hearing will continue to evolve, and we’re here to help as it changes, with annual hearing tests and regular check-ins to ensure your hearing aids continue to serve your needs.

Ready to Get Started?

Better hearing is about the journey, not the destination.
