We become your long-term hearing care partners, ready and willing to assist with everything you need to do with your hearing. From hearing evaluations and screenings to reprogramming and repairing your hearing aids, you can rest assured that your hearing will be optimized with our expert help.
We can also provide a 90-minute hearing aid revamp that will make sure that your devices are working to your specific needs.

Hearing Aid Performance
Overhaul
It’s estimated that around 50% of hearing aid users are dissatisfied with their device’s performance, leading many to either settle for suboptimal results or abandon their hearing aids entirely. The cause of this dissatisfaction is rarely the technology itself. More often, it stems from improper programming, a poor fit, or insufficient fine-tuning that doesn’t meet the necessary standards.
This comprehensive consultation is specifically tailored for hearing aid users who are unhappy with their device’s performance. An experienced hearing care professional, who is well-versed in your specific hearing aid technology, will lead the consultation. Through a series of tests, we’ll work together to optimize your hearing aid’s performance.
The consultation will be tailored to your individual needs, with the goal of enhancing your device’s capabilities. This may include the following:
- A detailed case history to better understand your hearing journey and previous experiences.
- A full hearing evaluation in line with best practices
- Professional cleaning of your hearing aids, including suctioning the microphone and speaker openings.
- Adjustments to your hearing aids based on an updated hearing test and your listening preferences.
- Smartphone pairing and app orientation, as needed (available with compatible hearing aids/phones).
Our goal is to take underperforming hearing aids and adjust them to meet their full potential for your specific needs.

Additional fees may apply if your hearing aids are out of warranty and require manufacturer repairs. Your hearing care professional will contact the hearing aid manufacturer to verify warranty details.
Adoption Plan: Long-term Care and Service
If you bought your hearing aids elsewhere and are seeking a long-term partner to ensure you get the best performance from your devices, this plan is for you.
By enrolling in our Adoption Plan, you transfer your care to us, and we become your long-term hearing care partners. This is ideal for those who understand that hearing better is a journey, not a one-time fix.
This plan includes:
- An initial Hearing Aid Performance Overhaul (as described above) to maximize your devices’ performance from the start.
- Scheduled preventative maintenance checks (four times per year) to monitor, test, and carry out any necessary upkeep to prolong your hearing aid’s lifespan.
- Same-day drop-off cleanings, troubleshooting, and support whenever you need help or have questions.
- Access to loaner devices if your hearing aids need repair or replacement, ensuring you are never without hearing support.
$410.00 per year
