Woodard Hearing has management that listens, whether it’s concerns and suggestions, they appreciate all you have to say.
The main reason I think it’s the best place to work is that we always put patient needs first, you could say its autonomous! The fact that Woodard Hearing is independently owned means that we are not pressuring someone to purchase one specific manufacturer over another. We’re also salary paid, which means that there’s no commission involved, and that means – you guessed it, it’s putting the patient’s needs first!
Friday’s off at noon are another little bonus because it makes every weekend a long weekend!
